The name is a combination of Empowering and People. A powerful word combined with a human word which, together, is a key competency of any active leader. Leaders are responsible for providing information and permitting team members to be effective and achieve their business goals. These two words also define our mission and what we believe is essential to a successful organization.

I am an experienced leader who has led People & Culture organizations with deep business acumen, pragmatism, and people focus. In the past 10 years, I have partnered with funders and C-level executives in successful startups and scaleups, private, VC, or corporate-funded. Due to my business capabilities, I was also invited to lead the business in the Managing Director's capacity and supported the innovation business unit development.

My exposure to different organizational development stages permits me to recognize, anticipate, and address organizational challenges while having big-picture thinking and driving business value.
I am passionate about the People & Culture function in building and growing purpose-driven companies that excel at their collaboration culture and their ability to learn together and adapt. A culture that enables people to enjoy, celebrate and grow.
